Dymista nasal spray (containing azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate) is prescribed for the relief of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in patients 12 years of age and older who require treatment with both an antihistamine (azelastine hydrochloride) and a corticosteroid (fluticasone propionate) for symptomatic relief of seasonal allergic rhinitis. Dosage The recommended dose of Dymista is one spray in each nostril twice daily.
